15-days return/exchange policy


    Our online store are based on our excellent management and proven reliability, so the quality is guaranteed. In addition, we have a QA team to test whetherqa the products you ordered are working properly before being packaged and sent to you. Therefore, before placing an order, you must check all the goods described in detail on our website. Make sure that the items you need to buy and the colors, sizes, and any other details about the order are correct. The policy is effective from the date of delivery.

The following reasons are covered by FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy:

    If we sent the wrong order or item(s), you received any broken items, the personalized info is different from you provided to, or the quality of the products you received is defective, please notify us immediately via e-mails and you will receive either a refund of your purchase or an exchange within 15 days.

The following reasons are covered by 15 days LIMITED COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy(Customer is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement postage fees):
    If you choose wrong product information, such as color and size.
    If you change your mind due to personal reasons, order a lot of personalized items for comparison or size, or you don’t see detailed instructions, etc.
    Personalized items are unique, and these returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.

Cancellation policy:

    After submitting your order, we will immediately start arranging the packaging for you. If you want to cancel or change your purchase, you can do so for free within 24 hours. Please note that for all cancelled or changed orders (after 24 hours), a 30% restocking fee will be charged.
Please note that once we place your order, you cannot cancel or change your purchase.

Our 15-days return policy does not cover the following reasons, and we are not responsible for these issues:

    Items that have been resized, updated, and/or repaired are not eligible.
    The product is in contact with corrosive substances or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals will change the appearance of your products. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polishes, swimming pools, hot tubs, and spas. Silver oxide is easily damaged.
    The product is damaged due to misuse, misoperation or improper maintenance.
    Any order received after 15 days from the date of delivery.
Items which have been used and damaged within 15 days from delivered date.

Return Service Procedure:

    For returns, please contact our customer service. One of the representatives will contact you via email with instructions. If you need help, please email us. If it is a quality problem, please provide order # and attach a clear photo of the item representing the problem.
    After accepting your return, the original payment method will be refunded. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned items.
    Returned items should remain in the original condition when you received it.
